General settings
To configure general settings for your web store:- In the sidebar menu, go to Studio > Builder.
- In the Store Settings tab, scroll to General Settings, and then click the arrow to expand the section.
- Complete the following fields:
- Store Tab Title: Enter the name of your web store as it will appear in browser tabs.
- Loader Animation: Upload an animation to display whenever content in the web store is loading, such as during login, checkout, or payment processing. You can use a branded Lottie file, GIF, or image that aligns with your game’s design.
- Default Player Profile: Upload a default avatar image displayed for players without a profile picture.
- Favicon: Upload a small icon that represents your store in browser tabs and bookmarks.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Footer
The footer appears at the bottom of your web store and can include external links and legal pages. To configure your web store footer:- In the sidebar menu, go to Studio > Builder.
- In the Store Settings tab, scroll to Footer, and then click the arrow to expand the section.
- Under External links, select how links open:
- New Tab: Opens the link in a new browser tab.
- Modal: Opens the link in an overlay modal within the store.
- Show “Cookie Settings” link: Enable this toggle to display a cookie preferences link in the store footer.
- Complete the following fields:
- App Store Link: Link to your game’s App Store listing.
- Google Play Link: Link to your game’s Google Play listing.
- Privacy Policy: Link to your privacy policy page.
- Terms and Conditions: Link to your terms and conditions page.
- Support Link: Link to your external support page or help center.
- To pass player-specific data through footer links, configure the query parameter names that Appcharge appends to those links:
- Player ID Parameter Name: The query parameter used to identify the player ID.
- Player Name Parameter Name: The query parameter used to identify the player name.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Empty state for no offers
You can configure a message shown to players when no offers are available in the store. To add offers to your web store, see About Offers. To configure the empty state:- In the sidebar menu, go to Studio > Builder.
- In the Store Settings tab, scroll to Empty State - No Offers, and then click the arrow to expand the section.
- Complete the following fields:
- Empty State Title: Enter a short headline to display when there are no offers. For example, “No Offers Available”.
- Empty State Body Text: Enter a supporting message to display below the title. For example, “No offers are available at this moment. Come back soon!"".
- Click Save to apply your changes.
